1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across all governorates within Egypt. Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional time.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. 
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. 
• You will receive a confirmation call/SMS/email once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
• Alexandria & major cities: 2–4 business days
• Other governorates: 3–7 business days
4. Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or high-demand periods. 
Order Tracking
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
• You can track your order directly with the courier.

• Our courier will contact you before delivery.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, a second attempt will be scheduled.
• Additional shipping fees may apply for repeated failed deliveries.
